When you join the Realo waitlist, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. We also record the signup date and limited campaign information from the link you used, such as source, referral code, campaign name and standard UTM parameters.
Why we use it
We use this information to send Realo launch news, upcoming challenge announcements, pilot opportunities and relevant product updates. Campaign information helps us understand which early outreach channels are useful.
How it is stored
Your information is stored in Realo’s secured database. Public visitors can submit the waitlist form but cannot view, change or export waitlist records. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information while Realo is preparing and communicating its launch, or until you ask us to remove it. We may retain limited information when required to meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from updates at any time. Contact us using the email below and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
